The bed setup was uncomfortable: one bed was shorter and smaller than the other two, there were stains on the bed, and what they gave us as blankets were basically curtains. The room was cold because the heating didn't work. It was also dirty and dusty, smelled like a hospital, and had germs and mold in the shower corners. The sink kept leaking, and workers did nothing when we told them. The food was disgusting. The pasta was undercooked, the meat was too thin and had a hair in it, and the salad served with it was unseasoned. The server was rude and didn't change our cutlery. Instead, he picked up the plates and scattered them on the table while they were dirty. The cleaners were stealing from us, so take your belongings with you when you leave. I wouldn't recommend staying there. At the very least, bring your own sheets and eat somewhere else.

The beds were hard, the hotel is older, and the shower is a European-style wet room, but the price reflected that. Its location worked well for us: close enough to walk to the action, yet far enough away that it didn't keep us up. We came for motogp, and the proprietor insisted on driving us on both days, even though he didn't have to. Such a kind man. Every morning his daughter greeted us at breakfast and made us a cappacino. When the weekend was over, she even took us in her golf cart to catch the train. We had such a welcoming, wonderful stay and will stay here again on our next trip to Cattolica. A big thank you to our hosts! ☺️

The meals were so bad that we skipped several during our stay. The only bright spot was one staff member who did her best to make things less unpleasant, but her efforts couldn't make up for how rude and arrogant the management was. We booked an all-inclusive stay through Booking.com, but when we arrived, a woman at reception spoke to us rudely and arrogantly and immediately said they don't offer full board, even though the website said otherwise. We tried explaining, but she wouldn't budge or help find a solution. At checkout, they flatly refused our request for a refund for the meals we'd missed. This was a nightmare of a stay and one I'd rather forget. If you're thinking about booking, I'd look elsewhere to avoid the disappointment.

Antonella is a lovely person with a natural tattoo savoir-faire. The hotel itself is comfortable, quiet, very clean, and really nice. I'll be back next year.

There's no parking, which was the biggest downside. The room felt quite old, though it was clean and tidy. You can hear noise from other rooms because there's no soundproofing. I was just passing through, so it was enough for me.
