We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back. Our room was spacious and well laid out, though the shower was a little cramped. The food was made with fresh ingredients and prepared with real care. Filippo kept everything running in the dining room, always moving and paying almost obsessive attention to service and making sure we had what we needed. Filippo and Paolo, along with the rest of the staff, were so kind and helpful. They never turned us down or greeted us with a frown, and made us feel thoroughly looked after. This beachfront hotel really captures what Romagna is known for. BRAVO!

The rooms were clean, and the hotel is handy for the city center. One issue was that soap and shower gel weren't topped up each day. Towels weren't replaced daily either. I understand being mindful of the environment, but the bathmat should be changed every day, especially since water gets out of the shower stall.
