The location in Cattolica made it easy to enjoy our five days here, and the prices were very fair. My sister and I found the room clean and everything in order. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially the short-haired woman on the afternoon shift, who was lovely to me. Ignore the bad reviews, I’d happily return. If you want an affordable place in a good spot where people treat you well, this is it. See you next time.

The elevator doesn’t reach the ground floor, so anyone with mobility problems still has around fifteen stairs to climb each day. Air conditioning at €10 per day also felt like too much. The rooms were nice and the staff friendly, but the breakfast was nothing like the buffet Booking.com advertised. There was just a coffee machine, and it wasn’t very good. The sign at the entrance was written in a language I won’t comment on, as an English teacher. A couple of pieces of toast with jam, some juice and yogurt would have been enough, but there was nothing to eat. I wouldn’t stay again.

The location is good, and the room was small but fairly clean. The bathroom really needs work: it’s cramped, the toilet seat was broken and the sink leaked. They “fixed” it with a mat and by shutting off the bidet water. The TV, well, let’s not get into that. Air conditioning costs extra, though they did tell me in advance. Breakfast was terrible.

The morning receptionist was kind, which was about the only good thing. The price seemed reasonable until I realized a few euros more could get you somewhere much better. This has to be the oldest, worst hotel I’ve seen in Cattolica. During my five days, they only straightened the sheets, they never changed them. Unbelievable. My advice is simple: DON’T GO THERE!
