La Torretta Bianca

We stayed for about a month while our house was being renovated, and we felt right at home. The property was welcoming, and the owner was always available when something needed sorting out. It's a charming place surrounded by nature, with a sweeping view across Cava de'Tirreni. Highly recommended.

I don't often find a place this pleasant. We came for the June 2nd long weekend, and I chose it because I use a wheelchair and needed an accessible room. Instead, we found a truly spacious apartment, beautifully furnished and equipped. It had two bathrooms, and the accessible one was perfectly set up with every aid we could need. We could also park right by the apartment entrance. The B&B is lovely, out in the countryside among olive and fruit trees that the owners tend with care. Breakfast was fantastic too, with homemade jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. Luciano and his family clearly put a lot of hard work into the business, and do it with love.

The apartment worked well for my needs as a wheelchair user and had all the comforts I needed, which isn't always a given. I especially appreciated Luciano asking what small extra details could make the stay better for disabled guests. My partner and I spent six nights here in a beautiful, peaceful, welcoming place. Luciano and his father were generous, helpful, and hospitable, and their advice and stories about Cava helped us discover a new world. The breakfasts on the terrace were delicious.

For summer evenings, the terrace is hard to beat, breezy and looking over Cava's lights and the Nocera plain. Breakfast was a treat too, with Luciano's homemade pastries. We only stayed two nights, but the welcome was truly wonderful. The spacious rooms are well maintained. It's a countryside B&B above Cava dei Tirreni, so you'll need a car to get there. Definitely recommended.
