We had a lovely stay at Residence Ulivi, and Ricardo made sure my family had what we needed from the moment we arrived. His care and attention helped make the visit feel special. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. We also enjoyed the pool, plenty of free parking, and very good Wi-Fi. Breakfast at the on-site restaurant was great, especially the coffee. Residence Ulivi is conveniently placed for Gardaland, Movieland, Bardolino harbor, and Garda Thermal Water Park. It was a memorable trip, and we hope to return. Grazie mille, Ricardo!

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice now, and Dunya and Ricardo have been such friendly owners. The rooms are very clean, breakfast is great, and there’s private parking. We’re traveling through to Turkey this year, but we’ll definitely come back with the kids next year. Greetings from the Netherlands, Izzet Ursan and family ❤️

We had a great family trip here. It’s a quiet spot with a clean, well-equipped room, plus a pool, parking, and a restaurant on site. There are plenty of tourist attractions nearby. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

Our stay was a horrific experience, and I never want to repeat it. We had booked three nights for €920, but our son had broken his metatarsal shortly before the trip and was in severe pain during the night. When we decided to leave after the first night so he could get medical attention, I politely asked the young landlord whether he could offer a discount. He became extremely aggressive and used language children shouldn’t have to hear. My wife and children were right there and saw it all. The rudeness was unparalleled, and charging more than €300 a night for this place is outrageous. The accommodation itself badly needed renovation. What should have been two bedrooms was an open partition with a curtain, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was no shower curtain. The pool was dirty. At night the young landlord brought his dog to the pool, and it urinated on the few garden loungers, which were already occupied. There were no parasols, and plastic from old chip bags was scattered around the unmowed garden.
