The only good thing for me was the caretaker, Francis. I’ve been coming here for 25 years, but I won’t return. Nothing seems to get renovated. The terrace and front garden were completely neglected, and the agency didn’t care about the beer bottles and dirt left on the terrace, so we had to clean it ourselves. On our first night, while we were asleep, strangers came onto the terrace, and we were robbed of sneakers, towels, and other things. There was no security or privacy, and the beach was extremely noisy. Our neighbors were terribly loud, but when I called the agency, they said they couldn’t do anything because the owners were private. The beach workers or caretakers were totally unfriendly and arrogant. Dogs aren’t welcome. There’s also a lot going on late into the night because of Jerry's Bar. The apartment itself was okay, but there was no chance to relax. Anyone looking for a quiet break shouldn’t go there.

The apartment was in awful condition, with no cleanliness and a terrible smell. I’d have given it zero stars if Francesko hadn’t helped us so much. Lampo, I expected more from you. You can’t rent out an apartment like that. Thanks, Francesko.

The pool and gardens are kept impeccably, and the complex sits right on the beach with a private sun lounger included. Many apartments are privately owned by Germans, Austrians, or Italians. Unfortunately, tensions between Italians and Germans come up from time to time.

DISASTER! The Italian old men on the beach chased us away. Our week there was exhausting, and we didn’t get a single night of sleep because the neighbors were so noisy, shouting to each other during the day. Lampo apparently couldn’t do anything, since they were staying in the owner’s property.
