Really top-notch!

Brilliant!

We booked at the last minute after staying elsewhere in Italy, and got a good price. I'd definitely recommend the place, and we'll come back. Because our internet was poor, booking details came through the booking app rather than email, so we couldn't check in online. That wasn't a problem: Monika, who speaks very good German, handled it when we arrived. We'd contacted the WhatsApp number beforehand and got a quick reply. We could also pay the refundable cash deposit by credit card. We collected two sets of keys at another address. They explained clearly where the apartment was in the complex and how to reach the underground garage. We also got a welcome bag with two toilet rolls, a dish towel and two bottles of water. Very professional. The apartment we got was nicer than the one shown online, spotlessly clean, well kept and looking almost new. There were two bedrooms and a fold-out bed, which we put beside ours for our two-year-old. It was on the second floor, with two balconies. One overlooked the pool, which was lit until midnight, and had a sort of grill or oven we didn't use. There was an awning too, which we found by accident when our little one pressed the remote and opened it. The kitchen had a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, drying rack, pegs, dishes, glasses, good knives and bowls. We also had air conditioning, a radio, TV and good Wi-Fi. I had to Google how to start the washing machine: pull the knob out. Swimming caps were required at the pool. You could buy them at the supermarket for €1.50, though we only went once. The sea is close. We drove to a particular beach spot with a big playground, since walking with all our things would have been a hassle, though it was possible. We could check out by 10:00 AM. Since it was Saturday, we wanted to avoid the traffic, so we messaged through the usual green-logo app to ask about leaving at night. As we'd paid the deposit by card, we could have dropped the keys in a box if we'd arranged it beforehand. It started raining, so we left earlier anyway. We saw Monika again. She was friendly and said we could contact her using the details on her business card if we wanted to return. She also had apartments in other places, and said her deals were better than the booking portal's because its fees were so high. Have fun if you're heading there!

The on-site help was professional and quick, and the supermarket was well stocked with reasonable prices. It's about a five-minute walk to both the beach and the shops. The area is quiet and well cared for, with a more relaxed feel than the party side of Lido di Jesolo, though that's only a five-minute drive away. A good base if you want some calm and a little buzz too. We felt at home as soon as we stepped into the apartment. It was spotless, modern and had everything we needed. The small complex is beautifully maintained and has a lovely Italian feel in the evenings. The pool was clean and fine for unwinding after a beach day, even though it isn't very big and we didn't use it much. Swimming caps were required, and the pool rules gave us a laugh.
