The room was quiet and sheltered from street noise, though its window had only a very narrow view into an internal courtyard because of the building's structure. Some other rooms have skylights. The shared kitchen area has a microwave, toaster, and coffee machine. This is a spotlessly clean, friendly hotel on a quiet side street off Borgo Pio, just a stone's throw from the Vatican. Communication with Federica was excellent, and she was helpful and accommodating. The cleaner did a fantastic job, and my towels and bedding were changed a number of times during my stay.

We spent a week here as a couple, and it was really good value for the money. The Vatican is just a few blocks away, there are plenty of restaurants right nearby, and the metro and bus stops are about a 10-minute walk. Our room was roomy and had a/c, a mini fridge, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom was clean and a good size, and the skylight windows were a nice bonus. Check-in was easy and flexible, and Federica was lovely. She pointed out the main sights and how to get around, then arranged a taxi to the airport when we checked out. The hotel is charming and well priced. I'd definitely recommend it.

The location worked really well for us, with St. Peter’s Basilica only a few minutes away and nice restaurants just around the corner. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. Arriving late was no problem: we had the entry code, and our keys were waiting at reception. The hotel also offered an airport transfer at a good price. Our room and beds were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and modern furnishings. There was a pleasant breakfast area, free fast WiFi, and all the utilities we needed. The minibar prices were reasonable too. We had a great time, and the five stars feel well deserved. Thanks for a lovely stay ❤️

The area feels completely safe, and you can't get much closer to the Vatican. The rooms are modern, and breakfast is served outside, with lots of places nearby to choose from. Parking takes some effort, but if you're lucky and look around, you may find a blue-line space. Payment is at the machines, and you can pay for the whole day.
