The area has good services nearby, and you can walk to the station or Porta San Biagio in about 20-25 minutes. It’s also a convenient starting point for reaching the nearest seaside areas by car in a short time. I lived in one of the apartments for around a year, and found them well kept and equipped with every comfort. The owners are lovely, welcoming, and very available when you need something.

Walter’s advice on beaches and places to eat was much appreciated, and he was ready to help even with problems unrelated to the property. He made us feel like family. My three children and I stayed eight nights in August, and we’ll definitely return. Thank you, Walter, from the heart. 10 out of 10, highly recommended. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and air conditioning. Even the kitchen utensils were sparkling clean. It’s in a quiet area near useful places like a bakery and rotisserie, and there was always free parking available under the house, 24 hours a day. A great base for seeing Lecce and the beautiful Salento area.

The owner was very helpful, and the price was quite reasonable. We found clean, comfortable rooms that had just been renovated, plus handy parking. It worked very well for two couples.

Mr. Walter welcomed us with great kindness, which feels rare these days. He gave us a map and pointed out places to eat and visit. The accommodation was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Go, it’s worth it.
