First, you have to give at least one star to leave a review. We arrived as a group of 200 for a church summer camp and had asked the owners if we could have the building to ourselves. When we got there, other people were staying at the hotel. That wasn't even the worst part. The rooms were dirty and the bathrooms were run-down. I'm not exaggerating: when we arrived, it looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. There was dust all over the rooms, hair on the sheets, and insects everywhere. We had to wear flip-flops in the shower because the floor was so dirty that going barefoot would have been disgusting. We asked the staff for keys so we could lock our rooms, and they said our rooms didn't have keys. During the stay, several of us in the group probably caught a virus that made us vomit, though we still don't know what caused it. It was so hard to find a mop or disinfectant to clean up because the owners couldn't provide one. The most they gave us was floor cleaner. Breakfast was poor. The only good thing about the hotel was the surroundings, but I still wouldn't recommend the place if you care about yourself. But what proof are you talking about? SHAME ON YOU! I GOT FOOD POISONING. THERE ARE NEWSPAPER ARTICLES AND COMPLAINTS FILED WITH THE NAS ABOUT YOUR HOTEL!

The buffet at breakfast and dinner was a real treat, with plenty to eat. We found the rooms clean and neat, and the mountain setting was lovely. Staff were generally helpful, though most spoke Italian and Russian. It’s a peaceful hotel, so louder noise can bother other guests.

The Alps outside were the highlight, with crisp air, lovely scenery, and space for a short walk. The hotel was poorly maintained, though, and the room was very basic, with hardly anything in it. At €53 a night rather than €25, I’d expect the place to be looked after better. It was just okay for what it was.

The views, hiking paths, and being close to Cavareno’s center were my favorite parts. We were there for six days on a youth exchange. The rooms were clean and pleasant for the price, and both the food and staff were great. The bar staff were some of the most fun people I met on the whole trip.

The rooms were clean and the food was good. Such beautiful nature around there!
