We were five people in one room, and the owner wanted to put us in another double bed for an extra 70 euros. The service and location were unbelievably uncomfortable, and the owner was rude. There were cockroaches in the rooms. I know it's a rural area, but they should at least have powder or insecticide on hand. There was no fan or air conditioning. We were told the building had Wi-Fi, but it didn't work at all, and there was no phone signal either. The owner said Cinecittà World was 10 minutes away, but when we got there we found it was actually an hour away. Even though she knew the park was an hour off, she made us return to her place to pay and collect the tickets. She wouldn't send them as a PDF or even a photo, and we lost half a day.

It's an easy place to unwind, about a half-hour drive from Rome. The B&B sits on a hill among chestnut, walnut, and eucalyptus trees, and the owners are genuinely warm, kind, and helpful. Our room was simple but had everything we needed, including a spacious en suite bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was generous and really good. I'd happily recommend it.

The only thing I'd fault is the air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was more than perfect. The renovated farmhouse is lovely, distinctive, and very clean. The hostess was kind and efficient, breakfast was good, and parking was easy. It's also handy for getting to the area's attractions.

Maria was available whenever we needed her, at any hour. The room was impeccably clean, with fresh-smelling, spotless sheets, and the bathroom was sparkling and fragrant. There was always hot water for a shower. Breakfast was generous and high quality. The place is up in the hills just outside Valmontone, very quiet and peaceful.

We slept well in the lovely rooms, and breakfast was excellent. The place is clean, quiet, and well organized, with very warm, kind owners. It's a welcoming B&B, and everything was reasonably priced, including the rainbow. I'd recommend it. I'm not sure you'll find anything better. Thanks for everything.
