The location made it easy to walk to all the landmarks, right in central Rome. We found the apartment clean, spacious, and modern, and the staff set up a WhatsApp group that made it easy to ask questions or send requests. The airport taxi and excursions they offered cost more than the prices we found on Google, though, so we arranged neither through the apartment.

The owners were really nice, and the place is in a great spot near Campo de Fiori. Getting there was a bit awkward because the street was too narrow for a taxi and there was no sign on the door. Maintenance wasn't good either: the oven, dishwasher, and coffee machine didn't work. They also weren't flexible about check-in or check-out.

The location is great and the suite looks lovely in the photos, but our stay didn't match that impression. There was a hot water problem, which staff eventually fixed, and the suite had serious leaks and mold that hadn't been disclosed or shown in the pictures. I didn't find the hygiene acceptable, and I attached photos. When we told the owners about the mold, they offered a discount if we left a positive or five-star review. I found that shameful, and attached a screenshot of their message too.

Campo de Fiori is close by, with Piazza Navona just a short walk away, so this will be my regular place whenever I'm in Rome. The apartment itself is stunning, with a gorgeous ceiling, a whirlpool tub, and a fantastic bathroom. Even the building entrance, with its Roman columns, is lovely 😍. I also found out from the plaque that Aldo Fabrizi lived here for a while. See you soon!
