It's a well-equipped apartment in a good spot near the beach. With some luck, you can park in the building's courtyard. But the partly underground location and single window leave it damp and unpleasantly musty. Clothes and towels all stay damp, and there's nowhere to dry them. The bathroom has mold, and water is leaking through the living room and bedroom walls, as the photos show. The price doesn't match these conditions.

The apartment feels just as good as home and has everything you need, with comfortable beds, new appliances, a spotless bathroom, and a powerful air exchange fan. The soundproof windows are state-of-the-art, though the place is genuinely quiet and they aren't really needed. The mosquito nets work perfectly to keep insects out. The location may be the best in Cefalù: the sea is right outside, everything is easy to reach, and you can park the car and forget about it. The owner is friendly, kind, and helpful. A wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.

It's a lovely ground-floor apartment just two minutes from the beach. There's a private entrance from the courtyard, the furniture and appliances are new, and the owner left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a gift.

Mario, the manager, handed over the facilities in impeccable condition, with everything matching what the reservation promised. The location is very good, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend it.

The apartment was welcoming, clean, and in a great spot just steps from the beach. It was renovated in 2016, and the amenities go beyond what you'd usually expect. I recommend it!
