Ossuna bay hotel boutique

The location is fabulous, and the rooms are clean and practical. The bathroom and shower were spotless, and the man at the front door gave us a warm welcome. We could leave our bags there too. Breakfast was a letdown, though. We arrived at 8:40, within the stated time, but there was almost nothing left. The waitress seemed annoyed when she had to make coffee, and the espresso was undrinkable. I included a picture of the buffet we found. Very disappointing.

We had a lovely one-night stay and would happily have stayed longer. The small room was comfortable, with nice decor, a good bed and a little balcony overlooking the street. The charming boutique hotel is right in the old town, near shops, restaurants and the beach, but the street itself is quiet. The lift was a nice bonus. Breakfast was good, with fruit, cereal, yoghurt, toast, cold meats and baked goods. Reception staff were friendly. Finding it was tricky because Google Maps got confused by the narrow streets and buildings. We couldn't drop our luggage at the hotel, so went to the car park and walked it over. The parking area was full and tight, and about 800 meters away. It was manageable for two of us with two medium suitcases and two smaller bags. We'd stay again.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, and really went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Breakfast was great too. The hotel is right in town on a quiet street, and we loved the comfortable room and its balcony. I'd read reviews saying the bed was small, but that wasn't my experience. I loved everything and would absolutely recommend staying here in Cefalù. One suggestion for the hotel: a water refill station or jug would be useful. It felt wasteful having to buy so many bottles when we wanted to refill our own.

Sara was wonderful, helping us with directions and getting into the building. Parking was a bit confusing, but she went out of her way to help us drive into the restricted area. She was courteous and generous with her help. We spent one night here and were delighted with the service. The building was very clean and close to everything, including the beach and restaurants. We'll definitely return next year and stay longer. Thanks for a lovely visit!
