The location worked out really well: away from the tourist bustle, but only five minutes from the train and bus station and the beach, with the historic center just a few minutes farther. The breakfast is a varied, lovely buffet at a local restaurant three minutes away, for $10 Euro. For such a spotless, efficient place, the price is very reasonable. I've traveled for decades, and this is one of the most impressive B&Bs or hotels I've come across. Like many places in older parts of Italy, the owner bought a section of a large building and completely remodeled it for short stays. The result has modern conveniences and security, including high-end balcony doors and windows, hair dryers, coffee makers, large refrigerators, new outlets throughout, including beside each side of the bed, and an elevator. The owner, Federico, was incredibly responsive and respectful, a joy to deal with. The place is well insulated and generally quiet. You can occasionally hear another guest, but with only five rooms it wasn't really an issue. The building is right behind the railway, and trains on one side can be heard during the day, though the sound isn't intrusive. Definitely recommend.

Our host was communicative and really helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom had everything you'd need. It was an amazing experience.

Despite being right in the city center, the room was surprisingly quiet. It was incredibly clean and had everything we needed, plus a bit more. The bed was comfortable, and those extra cushions were appreciated. The host was easy to reach and very flexible, and helped us a lot with useful parking tips. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The staff were friendly, responsive, and good at communicating. It's a clean, tidy place with towels provided, though it could use more cutlery, such as spoons and plates. The room was quiet, but the railway is only a few meters behind the building, so you can hear trains passing, though they're not very loud. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting town, especially remote workers. The room has a desk and chair in a dedicated work area.

The staff were cool, the price was decent, and it's close to both the beach and the old center. The inside wasn't especially cozy to my taste, though we didn't pay much either. The real issue was the very poor sound insulation. I kept waking up when the guests in the next room talked, both in the evening and in the morning. We could hear a lot of their conversations, as if they were right beside our bed. Turning a large flat into several hotel rooms is a good idea, but they should have invested more in the walls.
