Agriturismo Casa Giusta

Casa Giusta made a peaceful base for our trip, about a 15-minute drive from the sea, including Palinuro and other towns in Cilento. Our room was comfortable, had a balcony, and was cleaned every day. The service was friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was spectacular, with pastries, cakes, croissants, mozzarella, cured meats, juices, and plenty more. I recommend it for exploring Cilento’s history and food, as well as the coast. If you like festivals, there’s a different one every evening in August.

Casa Giusta really lives up to its name. We’ve spent years looking for stays away from mass tourism, and this had what we love: a quieter spot away from the busiest areas, yet within easy reach of Palinuro, Camerota, Sapri, Scario, and Maratea, plus lovely excursion options. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, with good use of the space and everything a traveler needs. But the breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, far better than at top-tier hotels. There was a great spread of savory and sweet food, made with excellent ingredients, many from the owner’s farm. The chef prepares it skillfully while keeping Cilento traditions alive, and can also make wonderful dinners with dishes you won’t find elsewhere. Gabriella’s warmth and professionalism made the stay even nicer. This is the kind of place for REAL TRAVELERS who want to experience somewhere authentic and away from the usual wild tourism. Highly recommended.

The hosts were warm and ready to answer our questions. The property was clean and had every comfort, and they changed the linens each day. Breakfast was excellent, with both sweet and savory dishes made from local products. A wonderful stay, I’d highly recommend it and am sure you won’t be disappointed.

It was easy to park on site, and all the area’s tourist spots were within easy reach. The place was welcoming and clean, and breakfast had a great mix of sweet and savory options. You can also have dinner there, with good quality products at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
