Agriturismo Sant'Agata

This hilltop B&B looks out over the sea and is away from the crowds, making it a great choice for a peaceful holiday. Carmelo and Susanne are so kind and helpful, and do their best to meet guests’ requests. And then there’s Eddy, the B&B’s dog and mascot, who’s impossible not to love. I highly recommend it! Hugs from Giovanna and Stefano, two young people who left a piece of their heart there.

Luigi and Silvia were the best part of our stay. They’re incredibly friendly and always ready to answer questions or offer advice. The room was cool, simple, comfortable, and clean, with a fan, a fridge, and a panoramic view from the private terrace. We just spent a week at this rustic place tucked into the green hillside. Thanks for the lovely days, especially the boat trip with Luigi. Worth a try.

The rooms are simple but very spacious and clean, and the one with the garden is especially lovely and private. Breakfast was satisfying, and the hosts were kind and very helpful. There’s a lot of care in the details throughout, surrounded by nature with a view over the gulf. Some people may find it a little remote, but I liked that: the nights were cool and quiet. Palinuro is only a few minutes away by car.

The owners were kind and never intrusive. We had a relaxing stay in a cool room with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. It’s easy to get to Palinuro and Marina di Camerota from here, though the road up to the property may feel difficult because the climb is fairly steep. I recommend it.
