Villamirella

Our four-year-old loved spending time in the pool every day, and we enjoyed relaxing at Villamirella. My boyfriend, our son, and I stayed for 10 days in July 2024. The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful and romantic, with shops, the beach, hiking trails, and plenty of good restaurants close by. Palinuro also has lots to do, from boat trips to days at the beach. Villamirella itself is charming, with a great pool, a nice restaurant and bar, and amazing staff. Our room had everything we needed, including a small terrace, a functional little kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom. We have nothing bad to say about the place and hope to return.

The garden is well kept, with little cozy corners, and there’s a nice pool and BBQ area. Staff were lovely. Our apartment had a good kitchen and bathroom and a nice terrace. WiFi wasn’t steady, but it wasn’t a big problem since we had our own coverage.

The location worked well for us, about a five-minute drive from Palinuro and 15 minutes from Marina di Camerota, both worth visiting. It’s a green, clean place with lots of room. Breakfast had enough for a healthy meal, though most of the variety was on the sweet side. Our room was fine and cleaned regularly. The pool area could use a small pool for kids to make it perfect. The playground was fine, but be ready for mosquitoes. I’d come back and enjoy another stay.

A really relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was lovely, the staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed the food. I’ll be back, and I’d recommend the place if you’re looking to get away.
