The real credit goes to Pio and Roberto. They're welcoming, professional, helpful, and friendly, and they serve an AMAZING breakfast and provide bikes. They let you have quiet time if that's what you want, but they're also great company if you feel like chatting. It really feels like home. The villa is a family home turned B&B, right in the center and close to everything in Cervia. My room was a decent size, with a large bathroom, and was exceptionally clean. Nights were quiet, and so were afternoon naps. I slept better than I do at home, the mattress was good. I definitely recommend it, and I've already asked for a quote for a whole month next year. First come, first served :)

Pio Battistini's kindness, healthy water, and generous organic breakfasts really add something special. The atmosphere feels homey, with teak wood, a whirlpool in the rooms, and bikes and a baby cot available. It's a peaceful place in the heart of Cervia, a few meters from both the historic center and the sea. We hope to return!

The location is excellent and breakfast was well presented with plenty of choice, though most of it was packaged Coop food. But we found the place incredibly dirty, with dust, cobwebs, and grime everywhere, plus a smell that lingered throughout the property. On arrival there was a horrible surprise: a persistent layer of poop along the entire toilet rim, which looked like it had been there a long time. It's a shame, because this could be a gem in the right hands. Hygiene and upkeep are badly lacking, and you can't stay in filth like this. At the price charged, they should invest in thorough, consistent cleaning by a third party.

There's no minibar, and although there's a socket for a TV, there isn't a TV. The furniture is sparse, just shelves with curtains. Wet walls make the bathroom very damp, and the kitchen is right beside the bedrooms, so unpleasant smells travel over. The place is poorly maintained and needs major renovations.
