Really good.

Breakfast was the one bright spot, generous and excellent. The rest was a genuinely awful stay. Our quadruple room felt cramped, especially the bathroom, and everything was old enough that even small sounds carried. The hotel is run-down, and the neighborhood isn't very appealing either.

Martina welcomed us so warmly that we felt at home right away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the outdoor pool was a nice place to unwind. Breakfast had plenty of choice and felt complete. The hotel was in good shape and well cared for, with good value for the price. We'll come back!

We hope we can stay here another time. We had to cancel because of an unexpected family situation, and the hotel responded with real understanding and professionalism. We're very grateful for how helpful and kind they were. Not everyone would handle it that way.

The room was awful. There were hairs in the shower, and both the toilet and sink were broken. The tiny shower felt barely large enough to avoid bruising yourself. There were hardly any hangers, the curtains were lousy and couldn't be opened from the other side, and there were no bedside tables. The terrace had football-field grass, the elevator seemed older than me, and I even found an ant on the desk. Disgusting. Don't come here, it's the worst hotel in the world.
