The breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of choice and helpful staff. I also had an amazing massage at the hotel, an 11 out of 10. The restaurant team and the spa reception were warm and welcoming, while the reception staff could be less distant. The indoor and outdoor water area was great, especially the sensory pool in the evening. The saunas are a matter of taste, and we had expected a little more. We were disappointed that the fitness area required a reservation, since that left us no chance to use it. We stopped here for a wellness day on our drive from Austria to Italy. The green surroundings are lovely, but the outside of the building let us down: cracked plaster, worn paint, and a dull overall look. Flowers on the balconies could make a difference. Inside, it feels quite different, with pleasant colors and decor that show the renovations. Our standard room was the biggest disappointment. We understand it was a standard room, but the curtains seemed dated, and the bed was narrow and uncomfortable, with a hard spring mattress. We didn’t feel the price quite matched the quality. The stay was pleasant overall, though the hotel has things it could improve if it wants guests to return 😉

I had a really enjoyable stay. The breakfast was exceptional by Italian standards, and the service and spa were great, much like what you might find at other hotels in town.

We only stayed one night, but it was a beautiful hotel and the property was fantastic. The front desk team were attentive, patient, and helpful, and could assist in at least five languages. The wellness facilities and spa are among the best in the area, with a spacious pool area and places to relax in sun or shade. There’s even a handy cabin by the pool for a spritz or other drink. Our room was quiet and calming, with incredible balcony views. Marta gave me a fabulous massage, and I’d highly recommend her. Can’t wait to come back.

Our large group check-in was quick and smooth, even though I was traveling around Europe with my extended family. The hotel seemed well set up to handle a crowd. The rooms were huge, with ethnic decor, cozy comfortable beds, and good toiletries. The bathrooms had bidets. Breakfast had a nice spread.

The pool is great and stays open until 23:00, and both the pool and reception staff were great. Just check which room type you book, since some may not even have a kettle for tea. At breakfast, watch out for the man who seats guests. If he doesn’t seat you, he’ll track you down and move you. When he’s off, an angry manager can ruin your will to live in another way. It’s a great hotel, and I almost don’t want it to get too popular.
