Hotel Regina Margherita

With six trips to Rome behind us, we're happy to have found somewhere we can keep booking. The beds were very comfortable, the service was friendly, and the AC and heating worked well. The area felt safe and quieter, and with the newer buses and a metro station nearby, we seem to have lucked out on the location. We were really pleased with this last-minute stay.

Davide at the front desk made my time in Rome feel like a dream. He was warm and patient with all my requests, explained the area, arranged extra help for my early check-out and baggage storage, and even got me a discount at a local restaurant. He also sent useful information about the check-in transfer before I arrived, and was such a friendly face throughout my stay. The hotel is in a lovely local neighborhood that's easy to explore on foot, with transport options right there for reaching the main sights and the station. I had such a lovely stay!

A pleasant three-night stay, thanks in large part to the lovely staff, who were incredibly helpful.

The location gives you easy access to central Rome while still feeling quiet, laid-back, and authentically Roman. It's close to the metro and several bus stops, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Every place I ate around the hotel felt authentic and excellent. I went to a nearby gelato place every day, and there are plenty of great cafes too. The receptionists were friendly and hospitable, and really tried to make guests feel at home. Cleaners changed the towels daily and kept everything pristine. This hotel deserves a higher Google rating!
