The room was clean and tidy, and the householder was very kind and shared plenty of useful tips. Several snacks and drinks were included. The shared bathroom is mentioned when booking, and some of the negative reviews about it don't seem justified. It's true there was no air conditioner and it was noisy outside. Even so, we'd like to come back.

We stayed for 4nights in November. The owner explained everything and gave us useful advice for touring the city. If you stick to the accommodation agreements, you get a cheap stay. The shared bathroom is fine at that price, since you agreed to it when booking. You can walk to most of central Rome. Recommend.

The owner was friendly, and the accommodation is conveniently close to the main station. The streets nearby weren't so pleasant, though, with a lot of homeless people and litter.

This is a room rented inside an apartment, and it gets very loud. There’s no air conditioning either.
