The biggest worry was our son falling from the top bunk onto the bedside table at night because there was no child safety rail. The hotel's response was completely inadequate. The manager couldn’t handle the situation or communicate properly, and although we were told the hotel's insurance would take care of it, nothing has happened so far. Even after the fall, no rail was provided, so my son ended up sleeping on the floor between my wife and me. Our stay at hotel Corona left us with worry and bitterness instead of a holiday. The food was poor too, mostly fried, and the same dishes came around all week. From the third day, the air conditioning stopped working. We repeatedly asked for it to be repaired, but nothing was done.

We stayed here in late August 2019. Parking was the main problem. There is a small lot at the hotel, but the manager decides who can enter. We were allowed in on the first day to unload our luggage, then the manager drove out and the receptionist told us to find a spot elsewhere. Paid parking outside the hotel costs 12 euros a day. For free parking, you have to go to Via Veneto or Via Tiepolo, about 300 to 500 meters away. The room was small but clean, with air conditioning and a balcony with lines for drying swimsuits. The bathroom was small but renovated, and there was a small TV. There was no fridge. The free Wi-Fi had no internet for the first two days, so we stopped trying to use it. The beach is about 250 meters away, and it’s private, with access for the whole stay. The beach Wi-Fi, Galileo, had a good signal. There’s an outdoor pool that gets cleaned daily, though we went to the sea instead. The restaurant is only for hotel residents. The staff were polite and friendly, but only one waiter spoke English. The menu was fixed each day and had to be selected the day before. The food was good, but choices were very limited. There were meals for children too, but they were the same every time.

I had to wait a long time for my room to be tidied. They should improve that.

Things here are still wrong, and nothing has been fixed. I won’t add more, since the problems have already been described.
