The photos online were misleading, and the place felt like a two-star dump despite claiming to be a four-star hotel. As soon as I arrived, I tried to cancel my booking. They said my only option was to upgrade to a much more expensive room, which I refused. Their policy allowed cancellations up to check-in, so I left and stayed across the street at The Bellettini Hotel. For the same price, I had a lovely room with a beach view and a genuinely four-star stay. I'd happily go back there. Even though I canceled according to the hotel's policy, they charged my card for the full two-night stay. I'm still dealing with the long, tedious process of trying to recover that money. The staff were rude, and when a dispute came up, the manager packed her things and left for the day. This was easily my worst hotel emergency ever. Don't make the mistake I did and stay here.

You walk out of the lobby and you're right on the beach, and the sea-view rooms look out over a beautiful view. There's also a pool on the terrace with a lovely view of the sea. The location is very convenient, with a small private parking lot. Rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are friendly. Papeete is a short trip away if you want to go there.

The photos don't show what the place is really like, and I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel. The bill was unclear, even after some absurd explanations. The pool was a dirty little "puddle" surrounded by synthetic grass, and its shower was broken and unusable. The only positive was the food and the restaurant staff, who were small and ugly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The Bellettini across the street is much more decent, go there instead.

The rooms are a little small, but have modern furnishings. The pool is small too, though heated, and the hotel is right on the beach. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant food was good, with very friendly wait staff. Recommended.
