They were really unfriendly and rude, even though I called five times.

Horrible.

The only upside was the low price. Getting there meant taking a very narrow, dangerous road. The hotel is dated and badly needs a major renovation. My bed was terribly uncomfortable, with broken springs in the middle, the doors squeaked and wouldn't close properly, and the drains were slow. The kitchen wasn't working, so there was no lunch or dinner. Breakfast was very poor too, just a croissant and rusks with jam.

The place was quiet, but the room had ants, the shower pressure was low, and the furniture and floor were old. The pool water was completely dirty, and the restaurant wasn't open. The staff weren't friendly.

The hotel was very dirty, with an unsanitary pool, and it didn't look like the photos. The owner was rude, and we were sent into the woods to do the cleaning. The road there was narrow and inconvenient, and sometimes felt dangerous, with a risk of accidents. Courtesy was lacking during our recent stay. They said there was a kitchen, but there wasn't one. This place doesn't deserve a star, and I strongly advise against booking.
