Hotel Pacific Roma

The personal touches at Hotel Pacific made our stay memorable. On our last day, the staff surprised my wife with a flower, and some of them even spoke a few words of Polish. The whole team was warm, professional, attentive, and helpful, especially around breakfast, where the atmosphere was lovely. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. Our room was clean, and the location felt peaceful while still making Rome’s main sights easy to reach. We had a wonderful stay and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Pacific to anyone looking for Italian hospitality.

Breakfast was a highlight, with loads of fresh, delicious food and really good coffee. The room was cozy and comfortable, and each room has a balcony. The metro is only about a three-minute walk away. Totally recommend this hotel!

We stayed for two nights and found it to be great value. The rooms are simple, with a warm, comfortable bed, and the ones with terraces have a lovely view. There’s plenty to choose from at breakfast, and Cipro underground station is conveniently close.

The staff and atmosphere are what keep bringing people back. We had a few laughs with the team at reception, and everyone who came with us is already planning another Rome trip without looking for a different hotel. On Saturday we had to leave at 6:30 a.m., before breakfast starts at 7, but they still offered us coffee at the bar. You can also leave your luggage there. This was our second visit, after staying here in July 2025. The hotel is well connected. Last time we had a sixth-floor Art Deco room with a terrace and beautiful basilica views. This time our group of eight stayed on the fifth floor in modern-style rooms. They provided complimentary bottled water, though there’s now a lobby dispenser with still and sparkling water, so bottles are less essential. We’ve visited Rome more than 20 times and stayed at many hotels. Only one other place, near the Manzoni station exit, had breakfast on a similar level. I’m deliberately leaving its name out 😊. The coffee here is excellent, and the team are genuinely kind. You can feel it.
