The service was what set this hotel apart. Everyone was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and happy to help with recommendations. We stayed in Venice and Florence too, but this was easily our favorite hotel of the trip. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable, and the location made exploring Rome easy. Breakfast had a wonderful range of delicious choices, and the rooftop bar views were breathtaking. If you’re looking for a memorable stay in Rome, this place delivers.

The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone we met was kind, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and breakfast each morning was delicious before our days out exploring. Martis Palace was so peaceful after long days in the city. We could walk almost everywhere, yet it felt tucked away from the crowds. Our room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked hard during the hot Roman summer. We loved our stay and felt lucky to find this gem. There are so many options in Rome, but this exceeded our expectations. We’d happily return and recommend it as a comfortable, beautiful base in a great location.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding every day, especially the cappuccinos and lattes, and our Junior Suite was spacious and comfortable. It was our first visit to Italy, and we were glad to start at Martis Palace Hotel. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful from arrival through departure. We hope to return!

Everyone on the team went out of their way to make things personal and meet our needs. Martina and Liana at the front desk were especially helpful, and Marco made breakfast feel tailored to us. Esteban deserves a special mention too, all the attendants were extremely friendly. The buffet had plenty of good choices, and we especially liked the mortadella and maritozzo. My wife and I had a wonderful week at Martis Palace Hotel. It’s right by Piazza Navona, with good local restaurants and beautiful churches nearby. We’d highly recommend staying here and will consider it next time we’re in Rome, hopefully soon.

We spent our mornings drinking coffee on the 4th floor balcony, then sat out there again at night to wind down. The room was bright and clean, with an espresso maker, tea kettle, water and minibar. The bed was comfy and the sheets were perfect. We slept until 11 every day! The cleaning staff were thoughtful and amazing. The hotel restaurant was intimate and delicious, and the staff were wonderful, especially Martina. The location near piazza Navona put us close to so many great sights and restaurants. We’ll definitely stay here again.
