Maru was excellent with us and stayed available on her cellphone, offering tips on restaurants, laundries, airport routes, and more. Our suite had a master bedroom, a double bedroom, and a private bathroom. There are also two more double bedrooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, the building has an elevator, and the neighborhood is quiet. The Vatican is about a 12-minute walk away. The nearest bus stop serves the 46, and there's a train station about 15 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was on the simple side, mostly sweet bread, coffee, juice, and yogurt.

A small guesthouse that's very clean, with friendly staff. The location is great too, just a few minutes' walk from the Holy Door. I'd highly recommend it.

The historic center is quite a long walk away, but the place itself is cozy and very nice, and breakfast was wonderful.
