We stayed here for four days in Rome, and I’d call it good value for the money. The hotel sends you clear information, but when we arrived, there wasn’t any staff member to meet us. The elevator was broken, so carrying our things up to the second floor was difficult. The ventilation was broken too, and we were cold at night. On the good side, having a jacuzzi in the rooms was really nice. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the hotel was quite quiet. It’s a five-minute walk from De Roma train station, and Termini, the most central metro station, is about 15 minutes away on foot.

The owner was really friendly, and I had a great time. My room was lovely and got cleaned every day. It was quiet, and being so close to the metro made it easy to get around. I’d definitely recommend it!

I couldn’t finish my stay because of circumstances outside my control, but the staff handled all my requests, which was no small thing, and even refunded the nights I didn’t use. The room itself was modern and welcoming, and the metro nearby made getting around easy. I’d recommend them for being reliable and professional.
