We had a confirmed booking for May 27th to May 28th, but after our flight was canceled, we told the hotel promptly through its chat support. They didn't read the message for several hours. We tried calling multiple times without an answer, then continued contacting them by phone and WhatsApp after we arrived in Rome the next morning. Eventually, the manager told us the booking had been canceled as a no-show and said we hadn't informed them. We showed screenshots of our chats and call logs, but he was rude and unprofessional, insisting we shouldn't disturb him while he was working. We got no refund. It was a terrible experience, and this place is a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

DO NOT COME HERE! I have nothing good to say. The man handling check-in was disrespectful. I've traveled around the world for two years, and this is the first time I've had something like this happen. There are cheaper places that at least treat you with respect. There's no TV, the Wi-Fi doesn't work, and the air conditioning leaks water in the room. They also don't serve breakfast, even though I chose this place because breakfast was included. It's awful to have wasted my money like this. Please don't let this person keep stealing. DO NOT COME HERE.

The location was the best part, with bus stops, a train station, and a metro station only a few minutes away. There are lovely cafes, restaurants, bakeries, and other shops right outside. The apartment room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom and kitchen were just as good. It was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend it :)

The house is well placed for getting around the city, which made our time there more comfortable. The hospitality was top notch.
