The innkeeper was cheerful, kind, and helpful, and the place had a cozy, homey feel with a bit of goofy charm. It's set on the first floor of a grand apartment building in Prati, in what is essentially a large apartment divided into three or four separate rooms. The rooms have high ceilings and comfortable beds. We loved our stay and made good use of the coffee machine. It's an easy walk to the subway if you're arriving via Termini. I really loved this inn and hope to come back soon.

For our four-night stay over Valentine's Day, this place suited us well. The owner was attentive and easy to communicate with, and we found the room nice, the facilities good, and the accommodation easy to locate. With only four rooms, there wasn't much chance of other guests spoiling the atmosphere. Very good value for money.

The hostess gave us such a warm welcome and was kind, friendly, and eager to make our stay better. Our spacious, comfortable room had all the necessary extras, and the bed was very comfortable too. The place is in a great spot, roughly a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. I highly recommend it.

The location was a real plus, with several transport options nearby and most of Rome's major attractions no more than a 30-minute walk away. For the price, that location is hard to beat. Our room at the Tibullo Gueshouse was kept very clean and tidy throughout our stay.

The host was amazing, and our room was clean and large enough for the whole family. B&B Tibullo is close to the Vatican and historic sites, and we mostly explored on foot. We had a very good time and will come back on our next trip to Rome.
