Hotel Antony - Pinarella Di Cervia

We were about 150 meters from the sea, and the price included a sun lounger and umbrella. On our first visit, we found the hotel comfortable and relaxing, with respectful, very friendly staff. There’s a bar and generous buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was good, and we appreciated being able to go back for more. Our room was very clean and well maintained, with housekeeping every day. Highly recommend it.

The location in Pinarella was ideal, close to the sea and local amenities, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff were attentive, professional, and always smiling, and I appreciated how honest and transparent they were. I came back this year after staying here under the previous management last year, when I’d been very pleased. The hotel is now under new management, and the experience fell short. Cleanliness and the staff’s helpfulness and friendliness are still strong points, but the rest doesn’t meet the standard I’d expect from a three-star hotel. The biggest disappointment was the food. The selection was poor, apart from the vegetable buffet, and both the variety and quality of the rest were inadequate. There was just one meat dish and one fish dish, with no alternatives, and some choices were questionable. A frozen cutlet, frozen spinach, or a supermarket frozen hamburger shouldn’t be the only meat option at dinner in a three-star hotel. The entertainment that was there last year was also completely gone. Things really need to improve.

The staff were extremely kind, and breakfast had a good mix of sweet and savory food. Dinner was self-service, with excellent appetizers. I booked through Mirabilandia and knew the room would be in the attic, but I expected something different. It had a low ceiling, an uncomfortable bed, and a bathroom without a window. There’s no elevator to the attic, as the lift only goes to the top floor.
