We had the most enjoyable stay we’ve experienced in Italy. The staff and management were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were immaculate, and the services went beyond what we expected from a four-star hotel. Easily the best four-star hotel along the Cervia beach.

The reception staff made us feel welcome straight away, greeting us with big smiles and a ready-to-help attitude. Hotel Conchiglia is right on Cervia’s seafront. It was relaxing, impressive, and spotlessly clean, with roomy balconies off the en suite rooms. I’d absolutely return.

Everywhere was exceptionally clean, from the rooms and common areas to the pool area and the rest of the property. The staff were attentive, professional, and knowledgeable, and we couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying stay. Special thanks to Vladia, Cristina, Alexander, Douglas, and Denis for going above and beyond to make our visit feel perfect. The hotel is beautiful.

The rooms were great, especially those facing the sea, and everything was very clean. Staff were friendly and the service fantastic. Breakfast was average, though. One surprise was the extra €22 charge to use the beach. Since the hotel is very expensive, we expected beach use to be included. In general, it was a nice experience and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

I saw the whole incident. The owners let their dog scare a two-year-old who was playing on the beach playground. The child was left crying for many minutes, even after his mother arrived. When she came to get the child, the owner said this was her home.
