For the price, it’s good accommodation. The all inclusive deal also covers soft drinks and cafeteria drinks. The food was nice and the pool was good.

Okay, perfect.

The staff were kind and helpful throughout our week there. We were four people and had two connecting rooms, both modern and roomy, with large bathrooms and terraces furnished with a little table, two chairs, and two clotheslines. Better soundproofing would have helped, though. We spent a lot of time at the private beach, reached by walking through a shady pine forest. It was beautiful, with umbrellas set well apart, and the all-inclusive bar covered soft drinks, ice cream, coffee, aperitifs, plus pizza and watermelon at set times in the morning and afternoon. The big heated pool had plenty of space and a slide, and the entertainment was great for kids and adults, on the beach and at the hotel in the evenings. There was lots to choose from at breakfast, and lunch and dinner came with menu options as well as a generous buffet of sides, fruit, and desserts. Aperitifs were available in the morning and evening too.

The Gold room worked well for four of us: plenty of space, updated furniture, and a big bathroom with a really roomy shower. Everything was kept very clean, with the room and bathroom done daily and common areas, including the beach, freshened often. We came here to unwind and it was a lovely surprise. The walk to the beach goes through the Pinarella nature reserve, a beautiful pine forest that feels refreshing. Food was excellent and plentiful, and we could eat at the hotel or at the seaside gazebo. Staff at both were experienced, friendly, and ready to help. The all-inclusive setup really did include everything. The entertainment team, the Hippo friends, Viola, Samuele, Federico, Adriana, Concetta, and Maura, led by Carlo and Letizia, kept everyone involved. They ran tournaments, beach games, gymnastics, water aerobics, activities for parents and kids, and fun shows at night. The young staff are around 17 to 25, and their energy is contagious.
