Mary at reception deserves a special mention. She greeted us with such a positive attitude, and even though we didn't share a language, she used Google Translate and did everything she could to help. We also found a connection to our home country, the Czech Republic, and she gave us a lovely souvenir at the end of the holiday. We had a 7-day stay at Hotel Kent in early July with our 3-year-old, and had a great time. Our Classic room was clean and cozy, with no mold in the bathroom. The hotel is nicely located, only a short walk from the beach. We found street parking easily with a local parking card, which cost €3/day, except for the weekend. We were all-inclusive. Breakfast was a little above average, with sweet and savory choices, and lunch and dinner were excellent. There were three starters and three main courses to choose from each day, and I enjoyed everything, especially the pasta. Huge thanks to everyone. We'll definitely return.

Don’t stay here. At checkout, the owner, a younger woman, confronted us and said we hadn’t paid the “extra fee.” She was actually upset because Expedia had contacted her after our check-in survey, where we mentioned slow service and unexpected charges. For a 4-star hotel, we encountered several fees we hadn't expected. Pool towels cost 3€ per day. They also tried to charge us for parking for the whole stay instead of just the days we had a car. There were a few other charges they couldn't explain, possibly because we didn't speak Italian. BYW, we had no problem paying local taxes.

We booked a family stay, then cancelled in time because of negative travel advice due to Covid 19. Booking.com confirmed the cancellation had no penalty, but Hotel Kent charged the full stay to my credit card. Communication has been terrible. They promised several times to refund me, yet five months later I still haven't received anything. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL!
