We got a genuinely warm welcome from kind, helpful staff. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the location was great. Prices were below average, too. Parking is available.

The walls let in everything, from neighbors talking to sounds in the hallway, so the rooms weren't very welcoming. Service was adequate, but we missed the extra courtesy and attention you'd expect at a hotel. The location is a real plus, close to the beach and Papete Beach, which made it enjoyable for beach days and nightlife. Prices were considerably lower than at competing places, though the rooms and service didn't measure up. If comfort and service aren't a big concern and you're mainly after a budget stay, it may be worth considering. For a higher-quality experience, I'd look elsewhere.

The rooms were clean and the bathroom was excellent. You're close to the city center for nightlife, with lovely beaches right across the street. Breakfast was a bit of a weak point, but the staff were so friendly and helpful that their kindness made up for a lot.
