The location, amenities, and service are all worth recommending. As a travel agent, I stayed here myself and appreciated the hospitality and the way they made an effort to make my guests' visit memorable. They've made some great memories for them, and I'll keep recommending this lovely hotel to my clients.

It's an older family hotel, with small but well-kept rooms and a nice pool. The hotel is very clean, and the beach is 250m away, so the location works well. Breakfast food is good and there's a wide choice, but everything is behind glass and you have to queue to get anything. The system is terrible, the worst so far. We hardly ever saw a staff member smile. They tried to be friendly, but it came across as artificial. They also tried to keep our passports, which is a big no. There are safes in the rooms, but you have to pay extra to use them. In 2024, really? There are barely any parking spaces in front, especially for unloading bags, and there's just one tiny lift that's busy all the time. And why in the world is there cow skin in front of the lift?

That rooftop terrace with the pool and sun loungers has magnificent views. I also enjoyed taking the nice bikes out for afternoon rides around the neighborhood. The hotel is in a perfect spot, 200 m from the beach and near restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice, with really comfortable beds and private balconies hidden from outside view, handy for drying swimsuits and towels. Breakfast has plenty of choice, and the staff are super friendly. A wonderful place to relax.

Jean was awesome, but the General Manager wasn't friendly or accommodating. My guess is that he doesn't like Americans. I arrived very early, around 4, and was settled in my room close to 5 am. At check-in I asked about switching to a larger room and moving the booking to the following day, or getting a late checkout because I'd arrived so late. I couldn't get help with any of that without the GM's assistance. The air conditioning didn't work, and when I spoke to the manager after missing breakfast by 15 minutes, he made no effort to help.

We've stayed at Perla Verde three times now and would like to come back again. The rooms are nice and the service is great. Milano Marittima is a sophisticated town, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment, and the hotel is in a perfect location.
