Bed & Breakfast Porta Santi

Beautiful place.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The decor is a bit of a jumble, though. I liked having a small terrace with a direct view of the street. It was an acceptable stay, with some things that could be improved. Fine for one night if you’re not too demanding.

The host was incredibly kind and humane, and we had a great experience when I entrusted him with an operation at the Malatesta Hospital. The price was super-top, lower and more humane than the speculation around hospital facilities. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone coming from the south for surgery. The host’s humanity, understanding, and availability are unmatched. The facility is beautiful and very useful if you need to stay close by. It’s central, very close to the station and Bufalini Hospital, and also near Malatesta Novello Hospital. Cleanliness was exceptional. Everything was perfect. We’ll definitely return for other occasions, and I hope it’ll be another great experience. I’ll recommend it to all my loved ones in Cesena. A goodbye for sure. Congratulations, see you soon.

My husband and I had a terrible experience with Andrea. We urgently needed a house, and after we made an offer, he assured us it would be accepted because everything had already been agreed with the owners. Then he disappeared for weeks and stopped answering calls and messages. When he did show up once, he said it was all fine, promised early entry to suit our needs, and gave the owners a deposit. We handed over the keys. After another long silence, a week later he resurfaced to say the whole thing was off. It was clear he’d found a better offer, but he wouldn’t admit that and instead tried to tell us we’d misunderstood. He’d boasted that he was an honest man who wouldn’t try to raise the price, but that wasn’t what happened. He was even offended by the insults we’d received when we finally spoke. But he’d kept a family with small children waiting for his own convenience, then left us stranded without even apologizing. That’s the least he could have done. Slimy, fake, dishonest. We’ll never deal with this person again, even if he offered us luxury villas someday. On our last call, I was angry and trying to make him understand he’d left us stuck with our bags already packed. He raised his voice and wouldn’t listen or let me speak. I had to yell, and he still kept talking over me. I think he’s a man in his 50s. It’s humiliating and depressing that he didn’t even apologize. I’ll speak badly of him until I hope I can forget this whole thing.
