The location was very good, and the cleaning lady was kind and helpful. But I had serious problems with the stay. The employee who checked us in and out was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in five years. Electrical cords had been patched with tape, and the mattresses should have been replaced years ago. I can accept a small or dated room, especially at what was admittedly a great price, but these things were a problem for me, especially since I could have paid just 15 euros more per night elsewhere. The bedsheets smelled as if they’d been put away damp, and the room had a bit of a musty smell. The bathroom fan was also very noisy.

I was able to bring my four-legged friend, and everyone was friendly, especially the owner, who was always available and tried to meet all my needs. The room had parquet flooring, a large TV, and excellent heating. It was quiet and right in the center, with nearby parking at a reasonable price. I had a great stay and highly recommend it. Thanks for everything.

The owner was attentive and always available when we needed anything. Our room was clean and well kept, and it’s very convenient for walking to the city center and Bufalini. Recommended 👍🏼

We had no food with us after our car broke down a few kilometers from the property, and the employee even gave us some bread. I can’t remember her name, but she was incredibly welcoming and offered to help with anything, especially considering the timing and the trouble we’d had. Hugs to her.
