The owner was very attentive and the service was excellent. The rooms, though, are tired. The beds have basic metal frames and very old, soft mattresses. One bed had such a bent frame that it wobbled and felt like it might fall apart. The air con wouldn't heat the room, even though it had a heat setting, and the TV remote didn't work because its batteries had leaked.

Such a lovely surprise. The place felt simple and welcoming, and the kindness and smiles made us feel at home. The dining room staff were always ready to answer questions, the cleaning ladies did an impeccable job, and the receptionist was lovely. The food was simple, fresh, and always good. Breakfast was top, and the pancakes get a 10.

We were there on holiday from July 26th to August 9th, and it works well for families, groups, and others. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always around when we needed something. The service was top-notch. The food was the weaker part: the menu sounds good, but the chef doesn't always get it right. Dishes felt repetitive, especially the side dishes brought to the table, and some could be better quality. Greetings to Rachele, Paola, Santiago, Mosè, and all the staff.

The cooking was very good, with variety and options to choose from, and the service was warm and courteous. This is an informal, peaceful hotel that suits families well. The services listed on the hotel's website are all really available, and the photos there are accurate too.
