My family really liked this hotel. We enjoyed being by the sea, the view of the Stromboli volcano, and the pool. There's also a football pitch, and the staff were excellent.

The suite made for a wonderful stay. Everything feels new and modern, and the hotel is kept in meticulous condition. We found the staff attentive and friendly, and left with a very positive impression. We'd gladly come back.

The breakfast really stood out, with tables full of all kinds of food and a chef happy to handle requests. The staff also deserve credit for responding right away when something unexpected happened, and for treating us with kindness and understanding when we needed to leave a day early. The location is convenient, and the rooms are charming and clean.

The cleanliness was the worst part of our stay. When we raised the issue with housekeeping, they didn't clean our room the following day, seemingly out of spite. The response was rude and dismissive, and they looked at us as though to say they'd deal with it now. We had gone to the pharmacy across the street for sanitizer and cleaned the room ourselves, but hadn't thought to take photos first. We'd hoped to come back this year with friends, but that experience changed our minds. Breakfast was good, though the chef and hotel staff weren't particularly friendly. The prices were crazy for that kind of treatment. Of course prices rise in August, but when someone is paying that much, treating them well is the least you'd expect. We did get a small discount after changing rooms twice, but that felt like the minimum too.
