Hotel Torino

This was our first time at Hotel Torino, and today, our last day, we’re leaving after a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and centrally located, with lots of amenities and special attention to the needs of adults and especially children. The food is excellent, and the staff are always available to answer questions. Mr. Alessandro deserves a special mention. He was kind and helpful from the first quote request right through our stay. We’ll definitely return.

We got back on Saturday after a week’s vacation, and I already miss the place. The hotel was spotless thanks to the wonderful ladies who kept it clean. They were so kind and helpful. We ate well throughout, with delicious, varied food available at all three meals. There were granitas, soft drinks, coffee, and much more on hand too. All the staff were incredibly kind and polite, even to guests who often didn’t deserve it. Sara, Alice, and everyone in the dining room and kitchen really pampered us. Thank you all, and goodbye!

The hotel sits right by the sea, with the center only a few steps away, which really topped off the stay. I was there for my first holiday at the hotel, from July 20th to 27th, and came away very happy. Alessandro, the manager, runs things with an almost machine-like precision. Alice, Sara, and the rest of the staff were consistently smiling, helpful, and professional. The food was perfect for both choice and quality. I’ve never eaten so well in Romagna. Thanks to everyone, I’d happily recommend it.

The pool was the highlight for my older daughter, and we had a really good stay. We were there for a week, and my 10-month-old was well looked after too: the children’s room had a place to prepare food, plus vegetable and chicken broth and vegetable purée in the fridge, with Parmesan and oil. The owner was very kind, and the entertainers were great. A special thanks to Sara, who was so welcoming and accommodating with every request. Marina, who cleaned our room, was kind as well. The rooms were fine, and so was the kitchen, though I would have liked a few more things in the salad selection. The dining room waiters were quick and always smiling, and everyone at reception, the bar, and entertainment was lovely. We felt at home and will definitely come back.
