Hotel Perla

We chose this hotel through the Mirabilandia + Hotel package. The staff were very kind and breakfast was excellent, but the rest left a lot to be desired. It seemed to still be under renovation, and maybe our room needed work too. The roller blind wouldn’t stay up, and the cleanliness was questionable. Two stars already feels generous for what’s on offer.

The room was cold, the TV and third-floor Wi-Fi didn’t work, and breakfast wasn’t enough. The bed hadn’t been swept, the shower was dirty and patched up, and there were no towels. I had to ask for the AC remote after they’d turned off the heating.

The dinners are excellent, and the staff are friendly and really helpful. There’s convenient parking inside and the location is great. The property itself feels dated and needs major maintenance, though, and breakfast could be better with a little effort. For what it is, you can’t expect more.

The reception staff were courteous, and the location is the main reason I’m giving it two and a half stars. At the entrance, a broken glass panel on the revolving door was covered with tape. The rooms are old, dirty, and barely deserve one star. The toilet flush was broken, there was no vacuum cleaner, and the balcony was filthy. Damaged furniture looked as if it had been rescued from a dumpster. Breakfast was average, nothing special.
