Hotel Villa Rosa

Okay.

The food was genuinely excellent, made with well-prepared organic ingredients. I brought a group of young people here for four days, my first time at this hotel, and we were treated very well. The room was simple but charming, with high ceilings that felt old-fashioned and minimal furnishings that brought back childhood memories. I personally wanted for nothing, though we didn’t need an elevator.

The outdoor area is pleasant and feels private, and the location is excellent, though the sea along this stretch isn’t especially clean. Inside, the building and furnishings feel dated, there’s no elevator, and privacy and soundproofing in the rooms are limited. The bigger problems were the kitchen’s lack of care around dietary needs and the cleaning staff sometimes not locking rooms properly. Nothing serious happened, but it was disappointing. The staff did seem to mean well.

The price is fair, the food is excellent, and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it!
