The restaurant interior had a charming regional feel, which added to the evening. We hadn't booked, but they seated us without a problem. Our young waiter was cheerful, professional, and quick, and always nearby when we needed something. The man at the bar was just as attentive. Everything we ate was excellent. My father loved his cod, and the pasta with hare ragù had a distinctive flavor, richer and quite different from rabbit. The game meat ravioli was delicious too. On another day, I ordered a takeaway pizza. It was ready in under five minutes and tasted very good. The food and service both exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend the place.

I'd drive all the way back to Italy just to eat at this restaurant again. Both the food and service were impeccable. As we say in Italy, finding a priest in a restaurant means the food must be great, and there were three priests there! 😊

This is about the restaurant, and it gets five stars without question. I can't decide whether the food or the atmosphere was better, since both were excellent. One bit of advice: if you're eating somewhere this good, don't order pizza like the table next to mine. Facepalm.

The staff were a superb group, and the food was excellent, making for a great evening at this trattoria. The blood sausage pizza was fantastic, and the local meat antipasto was lovely.
