The dishes were bland and poorly prepared, and the hotel was full of bugs and insects. Its location felt like the middle of nowhere, with only a village about 3 km away. I found the hotel disappointing and wish I could post a photo of some of the dishes served at this hell hotel.

The place was super clean, and the service was good. Every staff member deserves the highest mark for service.

The rooms have every comfort, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all excellent. The chefs were great, as were the waiters Angela and Antonio. Right across from the spa entrance, the hotel has two brothers at reception, Vittorio and Lorenzo, who know the industry well and make you feel at ease. Fantastic hotel and staff!

On-site parking and a great location made things easy. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. My quadruple room was huge, and clean too.
