2/10
The room was dirty, run-down, and old. There's no air conditioning, and the door latch was broken. The shower was filthy and its head was broken, and there were urine stains on the toilet. I really don't see how this place has four stars.

I was there for Christmas dinner, so I can't really comment on the rooms. They'd clearly made a big effort with the Christmas atmosphere, both inside and outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent.

A good location for a group. Our rooms weren't ready when they should have been, but Sylwia at reception was very polite and friendly. She speaks Polish, stayed past her shift, and helped sort out the mess. The food was okay.

The room was clean, but very dated, at least 30 years old by the look of it. There was no hot water, and the bathroom water pressure was extremely low.

4/10
The food was good, and the staff treated us well. They were really nice, unlike the people at Hotel Chianciano. But the rooms are awful, and the bathrooms look 200 years old. These seem to be twin hotels, yet this one costs even more. Maaan.
