We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were big, parking was easy, and there was a swimming pool and a good dinner. Reception and dinner service were friendly and helpful. Very recommendable for the reasonable price.

The pool was kept tidy, and they made sure it didn't get crowded so we could relax in the hydromassage areas. Free detox water was available, and staff also brought us lovely hot tea. You can book treatments and massages in advance at reception. The hotel isn't new, but it's beautiful and exceptionally clean, and well placed for exploring Tuscany. Everyone we met across reception, the restaurant, and pool was helpful, always smiling, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The price more than matches the service. We'd definitely come back one day.

Mr. Chris greeted us with a map and tips for the most beautiful places to see around the area, so now we're ready to explore Tuscany. The place is a gem, cozy, beautiful, and super clean. Everyone on staff is really nice. We'll definitely come back one day, it's a favorite ❤️!

The room was basic but clean, and it did the job for one budget night. I woke up a few times because the bed and the single pillow were uncomfortable. Some rooms have great balconies and views. Spa access wasn't included: the pool alone cost 15 euros extra, and the sauna room was another 35, which I'd normally expect together in one package. Other options like massage costing extra was understandable.

We had a great stay overall. The hotel is in a good location, the pool is clean and warm, and it gets cleaned every hour. We were on the first floor and had very good Wi-Fi, though I can't say how it is upstairs. Rooms were cleaned daily. The food was decent, with some very good dishes depending on your taste, and half board meant four or five dinner courses. Restaurant waiters were friendly and helpful, and tried hard to handle requests or adjust the menu where possible. The downsides: over four days we only had one pool robe, it wasn't cleaned, and there were just two towels in the room. Pool staff weren't as friendly. The walls are thin, so you hear noises at night. We joked that it might be haunted because we kept hearing knocks, chains, and other strange things. Still, a great place to stay.
