Southeast hotel

Nora was already helping before I arrived, answering questions through WhatsApp, and she made me feel looked after throughout the stay. She knows the hotel and its amenities well, and was always ready with useful recommendations and a friendly smile. I appreciated how attentive she was, while still being professional and easy to talk to. She clearly cares about guests having a smooth, memorable visit. Nora made a good stay even better, and I left with such a positive impression that I’ll definitely return. She’s the kind of host who makes guests feel valued and welcome.

We were two pilots stopping briefly, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The receptionist welcomed us and clearly explained everything we needed to know. Our rooms, right by the pool, were quiet enough. There’s also a good restaurant across the way with really tasty food. We appreciated the team a lot and will be back next time we’re in Cosmiso. 👋🏻

We spent most of our days by the pool, which was relaxing for us and fun for the kids. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, and breakfast offered plenty of choices. The hotel grounds were also well cared for. The owner is around every day, and he and the staff are very friendly and happy to suggest good places to eat nearby. We loved the whole week and will definitely stay here again when we come to Sicily.

Our rental car broke down and we’d missed our flight, so we needed a room and a taxi to the airport the next morning. The receptionist kindly waited for us with the tow truck even though her shift was over, then arranged the taxi. It was a relief to be met with such patience and help, and with a clean, welcoming room for the night. Southeast hotel is modern and has a lovely pool. Its location is handy for the Chiaramonte Gulfi area, and I’d love to return in summer.
